XSport Fitness Spa & Salon is looking for highly motivated and energetic Hair Technicians to add to our team. "Our members are your clients" is our motto. XSport Fitness is currently expanding our spa business due to great growth and success. We currently operate 25 fitness facilities, with 12 spas and salons in 3 states. Our growth plan is structured to add a minimum of 4 fitness facilities per year beginning in 2011. We offer a guaranteed hourly rate and a commission structure allowing time for our employees to build their business within our business. Our full time employees are offered benefits, including medical insurance, a 401K, as well as receive a free membership to our facilities.

We are dedicated to offering cutting edge services and are renowned for uncompromising quality, and excellent client service. This position requires a full range of skills and talents including but not limited to: very knowledgeable and skilled technicians with strong customer service skills to encourage building professional relationships with our clients. We are seeking self motivated cosmetologists to share our passion and philosophy.

Unlike a traditional spa & salon, XSport Fitness will offer many of the skin, hair, and full body care services normally found only at the very exclusive Health Spas or Day Spas. These unique services may be enjoyed without traveling to a far away destination or without the time restraints of a Day Spa and allow our members and guests to receive services prior to or after their workout. This new concept offers upscale new services combined with more traditional beauty treatments at the convenience of the patron and within the budget of the majority. XSport Fitness Spas & Salons can be described as simply as the essence of what total overall beauty is all about . By considering all aspects of the individual rather than just the hair, nail, skin or body, we develop an overall approach to the individual s total fashion and beauty.
