XSport Fitness Spa & Salon is seeking highly motivated and energetic massage therapists to add to our team. "Our members are your clients." XSport Fitness is currently expanding our spa business due to great growth and success. We currently operate 25 fitness facilities, with 12 spas and salons in 3 states. Our growth plan is structured to add a minimum of 4 fitness facilities per year beginning in 2011. We offer a guaranteed hourly rate and a commission structure allowing time for our employees to build their business within our business. Our full time employees are offered benefits, including medical insurance, a 401K, as well as receive a free membership to our facilities.

This position requires a full range of skills and talents including but not limited to: very knowledgeable and skilled technicians specializing in athletic recovery, strong customer service skills to encourage building professional relationships with our clients, and self motivated therapists.
