Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the clinic that includes the following, but is not limited to:

Assist the clinic manager
Help drive sales
Perform laser hair removal and other treatments as needed
Assist with technician training and performance
Expand strong customer relationships
Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Assistant Manager position, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

Possess a valid esthetician license or equivalent
One plus year(s) experience is preferred
Proven time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Strong sales background
Computer skills required
