Pure Aveda Salonspa in Mount Dora, Florida has a unique career opportunity available for an entry level hair stylist. This is a guaranteed salary position as an apprentice to the salon owner Ric Wilson, Aveda Pure-fessional stylist and educator. Mentorship training will include cultivating and retaining your own client base, utilizing Aveda s product system and 12 Points of Difference and applying Aveda benchmarking to achieve success. Intense focus is placed on creating proficiency in delivering a guest experience that includes an individualized, custom image consultation, excellence in technical execution, guest home maintenance education and product recommendation, and future service pre-book recommendations.
