We are seeking a full time experienced Aveda Stylist / Colorist who is passionate about their craft and dedicated to offering nurturing Aveda experiences. Qualified candidates must display: A minimum of 3 years Aveda experience Interest in and commitment to Aveda s mission. Experience and advanced level education in Aveda cutting and coloring concepts. Experience with Aveda product systems and 12 Points of Difference Proficiency in delivering a guest experience that includes an individualized, custom image consultation, excellence in technical execution, guest home maintenance education and product recommendation, and future service pre-book recommendations. Intense desire to continue learning with consistent participation in advanced educational events Excellent work ethics, attendance and punctuality.

Impeccable appearance, black dress code, hair, make-up, and personal aroma reflecting Aveda s professional, stylish and progressive trends Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

This position carries a leadership role in the salonspa team and plays an important part in maintaining positive staff morale and working harmony.
